How to draw digitally on your Project Planner PDF pages

You can also use your favorite illustration apps to sketch digitally on any page of your Project Planner PDF. Diane Stanley loves using the SketchClub app to be her own fashion designer.

...Why digital?

  • “I like to use the digital JPEG format because I get to use my iPad to sketch out my ideas. The new back view helped me see the full outfit in all its glory. Moving forward I will use the view with 9 models per page to plan my make nine.” – Sierra Burrell @sierraburrell

  • “The project planner page sparks all the joy for me! I love that I can import it directly into Procreate App to sketch out my dream garments. I love importing the croquis into my illustration app and then dragging and dropping a copy of my actual fabric into the sketch. It really helps me get a better sense of how the garment will look. On the same page, I can easily note the pattern and notion requirements. It’s super easy to store on my phone and reference when out shopping.” – Syreeta @syreetabriana

  • “My favorite format is digital as I love to use Procreate on the iPad. It gives me ultimate flexibility to change the design and keeps everything safely stored. I do also love to keep a physical folder so I print finished digital sketches onto watercolor paper which makes it look just like a painting.” – Mel @handmadebyditsytulip

Doctor T used the Concepts App along with her iPad Pro and Apple Pencil to create her Kibbe-inspired capsule wardrobe.
