Jacqui’s sketching out her New Year’s capsule wardrobe which included a lovely party dress because after all, it wouldn’t be a collection without at least one dress. She choose an Antrim dress paired with an Aveiro jacket. Both stylish and comfortable, the original pattern for the dress is knee length but she wanted to wear it with boots so she decided to make it a little bit longer. Using her outline she was able to experiment with changing the length until she found one that she liked. Check out the entire blog post here.
Angela went with a festive and luxurious velveteen pinafore made with the Peppermint Button-up Dress pattern modified for an exposed zipper closure and embroidered pockets. This project was in the works for months, and she was so excited to finally see it come together from sketch to life!
